THE PURCHASING PROCESS
Is subscription necessary in order to purchase?
No, it is not necessary to subscribe in order to purchase.  In any case you may sign up for an account or access with the login option.

When is my order considered to be completed?
The purchasing process is considered complete when, once payment has been made by the client, My Style receives and accepts the complete and correct order form.

Is it possible to personalize the bags, totes and the accessories of My Style Bags?
Yes, in the shop section one simply selects the personalization button, to select the colour, the font and the size of embroidery and to insert the initials or the desired name in the space provided.

Is the personalization exactly at it appears online?
The image that is shown on the personalization screen of the products is indicative and could be subject to change during the real embroidery process. The embroidery position, colour and font size of the final product may vary slightly from that of the on-line preview. Each embroidery is handcraft. 

 

PAYMENT
How may payment be effected?
PayPal Account for users already registered on PayPal and who have their own account and  credit cards provided by PayPal, for users who do not have a PayPal account.

Is it safe to purchase on the My Style Bags site?
Yes. The payment is made through PayPal's secure servers to ensure maximum security to our customers. My Style Bags, relying on PayPal, will not memorize or keep in any type of data, as well as the credit card numbers used to make purchases.


SHIPPING
Where is the order received?
To the selected address. The courier will send an email message with the shipping tracking code.

How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are charged to the client; they may vary based on the selected country of delivery and the service will be carried out by DHL company. Shipping costs will be calculated for each order, according to the destination country of the product and the products ordered, as well as the weight of each shipped package.

 

RETURNED ITEMS
Is it possible to return My Style Bags products?
Yes. Only if the products have not been personalized, utilized, worn, washed or damaged; the identification label must be attached to the Products with the single-use seal as well as the different composition and wash labels.


GIFTS
Can My Style Bags be dispatched as gifts?
Yes. In the product description screen, one simply selects the gift option which refers to gift packaging and completes the form with the desired note: the recipient will receive the item(s) in the My Style Bags elegant gift package.
